Amlin Roadshow National

Amlin scores with interactive app and info sessions. Quality interaction through creativity from Dazzle Events.

Early this year, Dazzle Events organised the Staff Event for the European division of Amlin, an independent insurance company. Dazzle Events was engaged to develop three regional roadshows: on 23 September in Halle (Domein Martinus), on 30 September in Brussels (Hotel Dolce La Hulpe) and on 7 October 2014 in Ghent (3Square Village).

Each of the regional Amlin roadshows was attended by some 50-70 brokers, who were introduced to the international insurance company’s new products and services. In cooperation with Amlin’s Hospitality Officer, Dazzle Events was engaged to organise these roadshows: from the invitation to the layout of the powerpoint presentations, the evaluations via an app formed in-house, the stand development, the security … .

Dazzle Events was also partner for the development of the National Brokers Roadshow on 23 October 2014 at Hôtel de la Poste in Brussels’ Tour & Taxis; immediately the 5th Amlin event for which the agency was called in. Brokers who wanted to attend this event could register online in advance for info sessions on the new products. Amlin liked this possibility, which made cooperation with Dazzle Events a logical choice.
