We can for instance design a 3D model of the booth and build it accordingly, or take care of logistics. You can also charge us with the design of visuals, as well as contacting the fair trade organiser to for instance order sufficient power and internet for the booth. We help decide on how to man the stand and whether you should hire hostesses. If needed, we will book flights or accommodation for the trade fair crew. Animation at your booth also is essential to that all important visitor experience, such as show cooking, a unique photo booth or fun goodie bag. We make sure you start your participation fully prepared!

Of course your visitors, clients and prospects need to be made aware your organisation will be present. For your trade fair to be successful, publicity is key, such as announcements on social media, on your website, in trade magazines etcetera. Dazzle Events can take care of it all.
