Let’s get to know you

When you contact us, we will take time to listen to you. We prefer to do this face to face. This allows us to soak up the atmosphere in one go. When we help shape your event, we do not only want to start from your request, but also from your company's DNA.

Let’s get creative

After listening to your input, we sit down with the entire Dazzle Events team for a brainstorm session. We merge our creativity to come up with a diverse set of ideas for your event.

Let’s pitch

After our brainstorm, we link our ideas back to you. We present you with the possibilities including a guiding budget. This allows you to make an informed choice and allows us to shape your event together.

Let’s produce

So, the foundation is laid.
We start organising, planning and producing your event.

Let’s stay in SYNC

During this production phase, we obviously continue to communicate openly about your project. You decide how frequently: we communicate at your pace and according to your wishes.

Let’s get the party started

On the day of the event itself, we will of course be on site. We take care of coordination and permanence and follow up on everything to the letter. In short: we continue to unburden you during the event so that you yourself can enjoy it to the fullest.

Let’s finish in style

Is the event finished? Our job is not over yet: we always end with a debriefing in which we discuss the course of the project together. And because we don't like loose ends, we are more than happy to help you with any communication with your guests afterwards.
