International distributor meeting draws to Antwerp
Two years after the Feria Europea in picturesque Bilbao, Dazzle Events brought together the international members of the international cooperative Euro Espace Color in Antwerp for Copagro.

In Antwerp, 75 exhibitors presented the latest industry trends to some 280 French, Belgian, Spanish and Dutch professionals from the paint & non-paint industry. This international audience received a warm welcome. Wouter Maenhaut explains: “A good contact starts at the airport. We ensured an appropriate welcome, with guidance in the right language. We arranged shuttles to and from Zaventem”.
Dazzle Events supported Copagro in the role of ambassador for the Sinjoren city. For Dazzle Events, hospitality means conveying local culture and specialities to guests. Upon check-in at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, everyone received a goodie bag with a speciality from the participating countries, such as Spanish wine, French Champagne, Antwerp hands and Dutch tulip bulbs.
The weekend programme was put together with equal care. A welcome cocktail at the hotel was followed by a pleasant boat dinner on the Scheldt with a cruise up to the Copagro site in Temse. We then sailed through the port of Antwerp, with explanations from the captain.
A bright Sunday
In the other day, visitors also experienced Antwerp along the waterfront. Sunday began with a guided visit to the imposing MAS, where the exhibition World City/World Port ran. In a bright spring sunshine, it was pleasant lunch on the BadBoot.
Some of the guests chose a chocolate route through the city centre after noon. Chocolatiers provided explanations of their craft, and of course there was an opportunity to taste their delicacies. An alternative beer and diamond walk passed cosy city cafés and the Jewish quarter. Again, tasting the typical Antwerp Seef beer was not skipped.
In the evening, a typical Belgian gala dinner followed in the Horta Art Nouveau room, built with elements from the former Volkshuis in Brussels, a real eye-catcher and ideal setting to welcome the international company. The dinner was brightened up by a magician and mime, after which a DJ took over the party.
A streamlined exhibition, a satisfied customer
This intense 2-day incentive was followed by a one-day trade fair at Antwerp Expo, followed by a General Meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. On the last day, the Spanish and French guests were able to attend a company visit to Copagro. Dazzle Events was responsible for the total organisation of the entire incentive programme and the international trade fair.
