Copagro Rediscovery Days

Rediscovery Days bring together 800 members and 40 suppliers of Copagro

On Thursday 19^th, Friday 20^thand Saturday 21^stof September, 2013, Dazzle Events organized the ‘Rediscovery Days’ for Copagro, the Benelux cooperative association for interior designers and decorators. This 3-day event allowed Copagro members, wholesalers for designers and decorators, to get to know the newest products launched by almost 40 suppliers.

Visitors were welcomed in the Copagro offices by Copagro staff. Then, a 2 to 3 hour tour was planned to visit the expo, set in the recently modernized warehouse. This ‘re-discovery’ was followed by a walking dinner. Each day was attended by no less than 280 visitors. On Thursday and Friday, obviously the business was running as usual with people working in the office and orders being picked in the warehouse. “It was our responsibility”, explains Wouter Maenhaut of Dazzle Events, “to ensure the 40 exhibition stands and our blackbox did not hinder any of the daily operations. Thanks to a detailed and precise preparation, we made sure the tour went without a hitch, even with over 10 groups being toured at the same time, in 3 different languages.”

David De Waegeneer, Sales & Marketing Manager Copagro, looks back enthusiastically: “The collaboration with Dazzle Events went just perfect. They are very spontaneous, always contactable – by mail as well as phone – and immediately act when a solution needs to be found. We did write our own pitch, but theirs came out best. We worked with them before, but for a much smaller event, a corporate do for 30 people. Also the suppliers they work with are all true professionals.”
