Over the past years, ‘Heerlijk Brugge’, an initiative by the City of Bruges to draw attention to local produce, has grown into a quintessential success story. Because of the growth in size of this event that is essentially aimed at the city’s inhabitants, the City decided to collaborate with Dazzle Events.

The city remained responsible for all of the marketing plan and communication with the stand holders, with the advice of Dazzle Events. We took all logistical matters, decoration and operations in hand. We drew up detailed ground maps and ensured smooth delivery and loading of goods. Both parties also brainstormed about the entire concept.

After the initial briefing, Dazzle Events added some unique ideas, still within the scope of the concept and the budget. Despite a large number of changes, Dazzle Events was able to stick to the clearly defined budgetary limits of the City of Bruges. The cosy setting with hammocks and pick-nick tables actually invited visitors to hang around afterwards and enjoy the many specialties being served.
