VOKA - Open Company Day

When Voka Open Bedrijvendag hired Dazzle Events to organise the kick-off eventof the Voka Open Bedrijvendag, it soon became clear creativity was at the top of their priority list. The entire event, taking place in Brouwerij Liefmansin Oudenaarde, pivoted around discovery and surprises. With this showcase event, Voka Open Bedrijvendag aimed to convince potential businesses to participate. On the other hand, did they want existing participants to become submerged in bucket loads of handy tips and tricks. It just had to be the perfect event: creativity, catering and logistics-wise.

Approximately 200 enthusiastic entrepreneurs attended the event, built around 4 main themes: party, employer branding, product focus and image. In fact, four different zones, each uniquely decorated in a dedicated colour, invited each participant on a voyage towards countless new tips and trickson how they could participate to the Voka Open Bedrijvendag – an enchanting experience, from start to finish.
