It takes a lot to throw a perfect corporate do – whether it’s a corporate party, official opening, trade fair booth, jubilee or product launch. Organising such occasion will definitely cause significant levels of stress when you decide to manage everything yourself. Have you ever considered engaging an external party? That unique trade fair presence or an opening night to remember
Dazzle Events can look back on years of experience in corporate parties and events. Four times already for instance we organised the Howest participation in SID-in, first as a stand builder only, but since 2017 as partner for total concept development and logistics. A partnership that evolved into a long term relationship, of which indeed we are more than proud.
Another project we are fond of, is the communication plan we delivered for the 125th anniversary of Alides. The investor, developer and real estate operator aimed, because of this important anniversary, to remain top of mind for a whole year with clients, sending them throw-back View-Masters to take them back into time. After a year of triggering, the cherry on the cake was a unique walking dinner event with show cooking for 350 guests in four different marquees.
After the opening event of the Olen wind turbine park, ENGIE Electrabel again tasked Dazzle Events with the inauguration of the Lincent wind turbine park. Since the location was just a field with no amenities at all, we were faced with a couple of logistical challenges. Nonetheless did we succeed to pull a hugely successful event for 400 guests, both in the sense of security and event management in general.
The Winsol jubilee was another true masterpiece. We organised a plenary session, walking dinner, performances and an evening gala on a two-day event for 850 guests, on a venue spanning 324 m², including a touch of time travel. The perfect harmony between vintage and modern gadgets and decoration made it an unforgettable experience. We made sure Winsol had no care at all since we managed the entire event from beginning to end. Every Winsol employee was able to really enjoy the festivities.
